How can I keep from getting E. coli infection?

You can help prevent this infection by handling and cooking meat in a safe way. For your protection, follow these rules:

Wash your hands carefully with soap before you start cooking.
Cook ground beef until you see no pink anywhere.
Don't taste small bites of raw ground beef while you're cooking.
Don't put cooked hamburgers on a plate that had raw ground beef on it before.
Cook all hamburgers to at least 155°F. A meat thermometer can help you test your hamburgers.
Defrost meats in the refrigerator or the microwave. Don't let meat sit on the counter to defrost.
Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Use hot water and soap to wash cutting boards and dishes if raw meat and poultry have touched them.
Don't drink raw milk.
Keep food refrigerated or frozen.
Keep hot food hot and cold food cold.
Refrigerate leftovers right away or throw them away.
People with diarrhea should wash their hands carefully and often, using hot water and soap, and washing for at least 30 seconds. People who work in day care centers and homes for the elderly should wash their hands often, too.
In restaurants, always order hamburgers that are cooked well done so that no pink shows.

Deciding if the Time Is Right to Refinance

Choosing to refinance a loan can be a major decision, especially if that loan is a major loan such as a mortgage or automotive financing. If you refinance your loan too soon, you might end up doing more harm than good and not be able to do much to correct it... but if you wait you might end up missing out on a good deal that isn't likely to return.

Before you make the decision to refinance, you should take the time to make sure that you understand exactly what refinancing entails and should look at the various signs to determine whether or not the time is actually right for you to refinance your loan.

Below you'll find some basic information on what refinancing is as well as information that might help you to make the decision as to whether or not it's the right time to take that step.

What Refinancing Is

Though the name may suggest that refinancing a loan is simply a negotiation of the loan's terms, it is actually a separate loan that is used to pay off the remainder of the original loan at the new loan's interest rate and payment cycle.

Refinancing can be done at the bank or lender from which you received the original loan or at some other lenders; this can be beneficial if you're wishing to change banks or lenders but are worried about the outstanding loan that you currently have.

The refinance loan usually uses the same collateral as the original loan, though in some cases you can change the collateral and use the new collateral to attempt to get a lower interest rate.

Whatever collateral was used for the original loan will be free of lien should you use new collateral; the original loan has been completely paid off by the refinance loan, so any collateral or other factors that applied specifically to the original will not apply to the new loan.

There may be certain factors, such as the requirement by many lenders that you have homeowners insurance for mortgage loans, that may carry over to the refinance loan as well.

How to Tell if the Time Is Right

If you're thinking of refinancing, you should begin by looking at current interest rates for loans and trends in refinance lending. Many finance journals, newspapers, and tabloids will have information on whether national interest rates are likely to change soon and whether they will increase or decrease, so that is a good place to start.

You should also look at your current loan and how much of it has been repaid... unless you get a really good deal, it's generally not worth the trouble to refinance a loan unless you've been making payments for a year or more since the difference in the original amount and the refinance amount won't be significant.

Consider your current monthly payment and interest rate and determine whether you'll be likely to get a better rate and lower payment from a new loan, and then shop around at various lenders so as to find the best rates available.

Signs that the Time Isn't Right

Should you find that interest rates are at a higher level than what you're currently paying or that you haven't paid off a significant portion of the original loan, you might want to wait before refinancing.

It's possible to end up paying more in interest or monthly payments than your original loan when you refinance, so you should always take care to do a bit of research before deciding to commit to a refinance loan.

KARAK - Review Filem Karak PART 3

OK..kita spoil kan cerita Karak nie sampai habis malam ni..Ready?

Last scene Ida ngan Zura standby gilir-gilir (konon nya) sambil jejaka 2 org tu terlelap kan? Sebelum tertidur, Zura cuba nak tanggal kalung yg dia pakai masa mula2 sampai rumah tu. Malangnya kalung tu mcm bernyawa plak. x dpt nak ditanggalkan. Zura ni plak dia jek, padahal member ada sebelah ni kalau nak bgtau masalah yg dia hadapi. Yang member plak (si Ida la) x plak perasan kalung yg BESAAAARRR gila kat leher si Zura tu.

Masa Zura tertidur, Ida kena ganggu ngan nenek hantu. Rambut panjang mengurai, ikal mayang nenek hantu tu belit body n tangan Ida so dia xleh gerak. Nak menjerit pun x kluar suara. Lepas kena kacau tu, Ida dgr suara sorang lelaki panggil nama dia. Dia jalan ke tingkap, nampak abg kandung dia yg dah meninggal, nahas motor kat jalan lama Karak juga. Kalau korang nak tau Ida ngan abg dia nih bergaduh sebelum abang dia accident n meniggal. So Ida ni mmg rasa bersalah yg amat sangat. Mungkin Ida dah x siuman dia pun follow la abg dia ni ke jalan raya. jauh tuh berjalan, ye lah,,dari bawah bukit sampai ke atas jalan balik..kat sini baru lah abg dia tunjuk rupa sebenar, kepala dah pecah siiooottt..ulat2 banyak kat atas kepala dia. pastu abg dia acah nak langgar ngan motor. Ini yg menyebabkan awek bibir mungil, bak angelina jolie, Ida @ Kilafairy jatuh n kepala terpacak ngan kayu. Kesian dia mati ngan horror nya..

OK, balik ke rumah Tok Malam, si Jack plak terbangun. Time ni muka Jack toksah cakap lah..memang teruk macam kena hentak stereng kereta (jeng..jeng...jeng). Time ni ulat2 ngan cacing dah berlonggok kat muka dia. Dia plak selamba dek jek boleh makan kulit muka dia yg tersiat tuh. Masa ni Jack macam dah hilang akal. Terus bangun n lompat keluar dari tingkap. Ingat lagi budak pakai baju sekolah tu? Masa ni budak tu dok bertenggek atas bahu Jack sambil mengarah Jack ke rumah dia. Mak budak yg pakai lawa2 tu pun join sekali.

Kita tinggalkan Jack utk seketika. Kita ke bilik tadi. Zura ngan balak dia, Nik yg tinggal berdua. Nik masih tidur lena. Zura terbangun dan tgk Jack n Ida dah xde. Zura ni plak satu (ikut skrip), tak kejut kan Nik, terus jek pergi keluar cari Ida ngan Jack. pastu jerit2 x tentu hala. Dia terserempak ngan Tok Malam. Tok Malam ingatkan dia, kuatkan iman dan semangat. Baca ayat Kursi. Jangan tahu baca, tapi x tahu maksud. Dia cakap yg Ida dan Jack dah sesat. Tok Malam jugak cakap Zura ni dah lama tinggal sembahyang. Zura x makan, berlagak sombong (pda firasat aku) and terus pergi ke bilik kejut si Nik. Dia ajak Nik keluar dari rumah tu masa tu jugak.

Masa kat luar, Zura n Nik terjumpa Jack, mmg lagi teruk muka Jack masa ni. Mmg dah kira jadi zombie dah. x ingat siapa diri dia yg sebenar. Siat kulit muka pastu makan. uweekkkkk... Masa ni jugak Zura n Nik nampak budak pakai baju sekolah n mak dia. Apo lagi x cukup tanah la Zura ngan Nik lari....

Lari punya lari, diorang sampai ke kawasan perkuburan. Nik terjatuh dalam lubang kubur..(sapalah gatal2 korek lubang kubur)..Dalam lubang kubur, mmg banyak la lembaga @ mayat2 hidup yg tarik Nik. Zura masa ni nak tolong pun x dpt. Masa ni lah hantu CGI @ saka isteri Tok Malam menjelma. Jelma jadi Nik, jadi Ida, etc, etc..Masa ni mmg semua dugaan datang la.ALL IN ONE!!! Semua hantu minta Zura untuk follow diorang.

Tok Malam datang..tapi dia tgk dari jauh jek laa..ayat yg sama gak. Dia suruh Zura baca ayat kursi, faham kan maksud..Geram pulak tgk org tua nih..dah tau anak dara tgh susah..tolong la bacakan apa2 ayat. Ni tgk dari jauh jek. Zura dgn gelabah, menangis, menggigil baca ayat kursi satu persatu..Malangnye..hantu ni power sangat..Dia pun boleh baca ayat kursi gak..

Tapi Zura x takut, dia teruskan bacaan sampai habis..lepas tu yg aku kagum bin ajaib Zura boleh hafal terjemahan ayat kursi time kena kacau tuh..power gilerrrrr..(di sini aku nak ingatkan Zura adalah johan qariah al-quran masa sekolah dulu). Kalau sesapa yg dah tgk citer Karak ni..korang ingat x Nik ada cakap masa sambut birthday dia???

OK..lepas habis baca terjemahan tu..hantu semua hilang lah..Zura n Nik berjalan arah jalan raya..masa ni lah diorang nampak kereta polis, org ramai, ngan crane tarik kereta diorang yg accident...Bila diorang datang dekat, ada 3 mayat yg dah ditutup ngan kain putih..nak tau sapa 3 mayat tu? Jack......Ida......dan NIK!!!!

Nik sebenarnya dah mati! so sapa sebelah Zura tu? Sapa yg ngan Zura dekat rumah Tok Malam? jeng..jeng...jeng.. suma tu hanya lah roh2 kawan baik Zura...Nik boyfriend Zura, sebab tu la dia yg paling last tinggalkan Zura..masa ni Zura pun nangis2 la..

pastu movie ni pun habis..THE END..
